Activity Log
The Activity Log provides insight into the actions taken on a subscription. With it, you can access detailed information about various events, such as when and how a subscription was cancelled, paused, merged, or when any flow was executed. The log also records the exact time and date of these actions and indicates whether they were performed by the admin or through the customer portal.
Where to access activity log on loop?
Help section
Step 1: Go to Loop admin > Subscriptions > Open any Subscription
Step 2: Scroll down the subscription page to view the activity log, which displays orders from newest to oldest.
