How to access the gift subscription notifications settings?
Notifications can be accessed by navigating to Loop admin > Gifts > Notifications. Each email can be enabled or disabled individually based on your business requirements.
Types of gift subscription email notifications
The following gift email notifications are available in Loop and are triggered based on specific events, as outlined below.
- Gifter emails
Notification | Action |

Thanks message | Sent to the gifter with thanks message written by the recipient |
Gift purchased | Sent to the gifter when they purchase a gift |
- Recipient emails
Notification | Action |

Gift received | Sent to the recipient when they receive a gift from someone |
Upcoming gift order | Sent to the recipient when their recurring gift order is about to be placed |
Gift subscription completed | Sent to the recipient after a certain time when all the orders as part of the gift are delivered |

Gift subscription created | Sent to the admin when a new gift subscription is created |
Editing gift subscription email template
Loop gives you full control to customize your customer email alerts using HTML. Simply click on any blue hyperlink on the gift notifications page to open the template in an HTML editor. You can personalize the content using email variables, allowing you to tailor each email to your subscriber’s experience.
