Payment modifications

This guide will walk you through on how you can update the payment method of the customer from the Subscription Management portal. There are two options in the payment details section.

Update payment method
Edit Payment method

This option can be found under Loop > Subscriptions > Subscription ID > Payment Details


Update payment method




This allows you to send a link to the customer so that they can update their payment method details. This can come in handy when their existing payment methods are causing issues with subscriptions.


Edit payment method



This option allows you to select the payment method of the customer from the list of payment methods the customer has used in the past.
