Reactivate subscription
A customer may decide to reactivate a previously cancelled subscription for several reasons, such as finding continued value in the product or service, resolving temporary financial or personal issues that had earlier interrupted their subscription, or receiving a special incentive or promotion encouraging them to return.
Reactivation helps maintain long-term customer relationships and offers a seamless way to bring back loyal subscribers without requiring them to set up a new subscription from scratch.
Loop makes this process simple and efficient. Both merchants and customers can easily reactivate a subscription through the respective portals. This article will walk you through all the available methods and steps to reactivate a subscription on Loop.
