Update shipping address/Method
How to update the shipping address with this method?
Before a customer can change the shipping address/method from the customer portal we need to make sure the following settings are enabled as shown in the figure below -
The settings can be found by heading to Customer Portal > Preferences > Delivery method details.
Once the setting - "Update delivery address" is enabled, customers will be able to see the "edit" button in the shipping details section on their customer portal. On clicking, it will open up the popup with the current shipping address which can be edited by the customer as shown in the figure below -
After clicking on Edit we can simply edit the shipping address as shown below -
Now we can also edit the Delivery method - Pickup/Local Delivery for the subscription orders directly from the customer portal if the following setting is enabled within the Loop app as shown in the figure below -
After enabling the settings the customer will be able to choose the shipping method like Choose Local or Choose Pickup ( these settings will only appear if the same are setup in the Shopify store ) from the customer portal as shown in the figure below -
