How to integrate Loop with Glow

Prerequisites

Before starting the integration process, we need to make sure these things are in place.

✅ You have an active Glow account. If not, please create from here

✅ Glow main app toggle is enabled.

✅ Glow widget should be enabled on Shopify store - Live theme

✅ Merchants should be on Loop’s Starter plan or above.

If the above prerequisites are met, follow these steps to complete the process.

1. Navigate to  Loop > Tools & apps > Apps > Glow and click on Connect.

2. Now navigate to the Set up instructions tab and click on Connect.

3. Once the connection is successful, the integration status will now be showing as Connected.

How can customers use the discount codes?

To add the Glow discounts on the upcoming order, we need to make sure these things are in place.

Pre-requisites

✅ “Apply discounts” to be enabled in Loop > Customer portal > Preferences

✅ The customer should be able to access the Loop subscriber portal

Follow these steps to complete the process.

1. Subscriber logs in to the customer portal.

2. Once the prerequisites are met, the customer can redeem the Glow discount code directly from the customer portal, and then they can apply the discount code directly to the discount section on their subscription portal.
