RiseAi + Loop

• Customers can now seamlessly redeem Rise store credits on their Loop subscription orders, driving higher retention and customer satisfaction.
• Store credits information are visible right within the Loop customer portal and can be applied effortlessly to upcoming subscription charges.

Unlike loyalty points, store credit feels like real money. It’s easier to understand, more flexible to use, and has a higher redemption rate — making it a powerful tool to drive repeat purchases and reduce churn.

How to integrate RiseAi with Loop?

Generating account ID and API key

1. Head over to RiseAi app and navigate to Integrations > Developers tools > API keys.

2. Click on 'View account ID' to view and copy the account ID.

3. Click on 'Generate API key' to generate and copy the API key.

Connecting RiseAi with Loop

1. Head over to Loop app and navigate to Tools & apps > Apps > RiseAi and click on Connect.

2. Under set-up instructions tab, paste the RiseAi account ID and API key and add the discount title under configurations section. This discount title will be visible to the customer when they redeem store credits on their subscription upcoming order. Name it to match your branding.

3. Click on Connect button to connect the integration. The credits widget will be visible to the subscribers on Loop customer portal.

4. [optional] - To change the translations of the loyalty widget, head over to the text tab under RiseAi.

Ques 1.) Does the Loyalty widget support multilingual text?

Ans) You can change the texts by heading over to Loop > Integrations > Influence > "Texts" tab.

Ques 2.) How do I change the color of the widget?

Ans) The widget can be customized from customer portal > Themes > styles. You can even add a custom css to match your brand tonality!
