Rivo + Loop integration

This integration enables your customers to apply discount codes that are generated by Influence.io for both initial subscription purchases and recurring subscription orders

Before you start

You should have an active Influence.io account. If not, please create from here.

How to integrate Rivo with Loop?

Generating Rivo API token

Open the Rivo.io app and navigate to settings > developer toolkit and copy the API key.

Integrating Rivo with Loop

Head over to Loop app and navigate to Tools & apps > apps > Rivo.


Click on connect and open ' Set-up instructions' tab.


Enter the API key and click on connect.


Once connected, the loyalty widget will be enabled on the customer portal.


[Optional] - To change the texts of the loyalty widget, click on the Texts tab to change.
