Event Action URLs are triggered automatically when a specific event occurs, enabling seamless automation of subscription-related actions. Here is how you can use it in klaviyo:
Navigate to Loop > Quick actions and create a new event action.

Open Klaviyo and navigate to your email flow or campaign where you want to include the event quick action URLs.

Edit the email template and insert the quick action url key in the content.

Save and activate your email flow. Before going live, test it with a sample subscription to ensure it functions as expected.
Campaign action URLs can be used in email or sms campaigns on any marketing platform of your choice. Here is how you can use the URLs in klaviyo:
Navigate to Loop > Quick actions and create a new campaign action. Here, we are choosing the action type "Reactivate subscription" & incentivising the subscribers with a free gift if they complete the action.

Click on the "Download" action links. A CSV file will be downloaded with the action links against the subscriber details.

Open Klaviyo and navigate to Audience > List & segments & create a new list by naming it as "Reactivation campaign". Now click on import contacts.

Make sure the data is correctly uploaded by mapping the CSV columns with the right Klaviyo profile property.

Once the import is done, you can head to the customer profile & verify the campaign action key is now present.

Now create the campaign in Klaviyo & send it the list "Reactivation campaign"

Edit the email template & add the CTA as the campaign action key & incentivise the subscribers who reactivate their subscriptions.
Note: Event & campaign actions are not supported for prepaid subscriptions.
