What is a Standard Subscription

These are the simplest and standard forms of subscriptions available. Your customer subscribes to your product and service and it gets delivered to them at frequent intervals say every 2 weeks or one month, and you get paid with the same frequency.

Here’s an image illustrating how this works for a deeper understanding

How do I set this up?

Step 1: Head over to Loop > Selling Plans and choose “Create Selling Plan”

Step 2: Give your selling plan a creative name. This will be visible to your customers on the subscription widget, for example, “Subscribe and Save” is shown on the widget.

Step 3: Configure the Frequencies and the discounts that you want to offer for each frequency. Here’s a quick table defining the discounts

Once configured these options will be available for the user to choose from as shown below

Step 4: Setup advanced options and give your selling plan a description if needed

Step 5: Save your changes and then map products to the selling plan

–> Map Products to Selling Plan

The selling plan details are shown on the subscription widget if the widget installation is complete. If not, learn how to install the subscription widget.

If you have any queries or doubts about any of these steps. Please reach out to support@loopwork.co
