Multilingual Support

Configuring text for a store’s customer portal, bundles, and other Loop content in multiple languages is essential for effective communication with a diverse audience. As businesses grow globally, reaching customers in their native language is crucial for driving satisfaction and sales. To address this need, Loop has introduced multilingual support, allowing stores to deliver content tailored to customer preferences. This feature enhances user experience and strengthens connections with international customers, ultimately boosting business success.

How to leverage this feature?

Go to Loop > Settings and select Go to Multilingual Content.

Click on the dropdown as shown in the image, and you'll see the languages that have been added in the Shopify admin on your store.

Note: The language you will select should be enabled on any market in Shopfiy.

Note: If not, you can head over to "Shopify > Settings > Languages", then click on "Add a language" , select the language and map it to the respective Market.

Note: You can create a market by heading over to "Shopify > Settings > Markets", click on "Add Market", select the Region and save.

After selecting the language, click on the "Auto Translate" button.

After clicking, the status of button will look like this {Translations in progress}.

Note: It is advisable not to initiate translations for multiple languages simultaneously, as this may lead to incomplete or incorrect translations on the page.

Once the status of the translation button changes back to "Auto Translate," refresh the page, and you will see the content translated into the selected language.

Note: It is recommended to check the Customer Portal, Bundle, Cancellation Flow, Quick Actions, and Flows pages, as shown in the image, to ensure that the translation has been completed properly.
