Loop provides three user roles, each with different access levels within the Loop portal:
Owner: Full access to all features and functionalities, with the ability to manage both Admin and Member users. This role is automatically assigned to the email associated with your Shopify store.
Admin: Complete access to the platform, including the ability to manage Member user permissions.
Member: Default access to View only permissions, with the option for Owners and Admins to assign additional permissions as needed.

Follow these steps to complete the process.
Navigate to Shopify store > Settings > Users and permissions > Add staff

After adding the staff, open the staff settings by clicking on it.

Provide the Loop subscriptions access to the staff in app permissions section.

Ask the staff you have added to open the Loop app from their profile. A member profile will be created for this staff in the Loop admin. Now the store owner can edit the permissions and roles for the newly added member

Note: This member profile will be hidden till the member at least opens the Loop app once.
Follow these steps to complete the process.
Ask the store owner to add you as a staff member through the Shopify admin.
Ensure the store owner grants you Loop subscriptions access in the app permissions section.
Log in to your Shopify account and open the Loop app from your profile. If the app doesn't load correctly, try clearing your browser cache and reopen it.
Once the app is opened, a member profile will be automatically created for you in the Loop Admin. This gives you view-only access to certain modules, which you can navigate using the left side navigation bar.
You can contact your store owner or admin to get access to the relevant modules.
Note: If you are an agency partner working with the brand, you will need to get collaborator access of the store.
Follow these steps to complete the process.
To edit permissions for a user, click the "Edit" button. Only Owner and Admins can edit permissions.

A new page displays the user details and role on the top, followed by permissions.

You can change the role of a Member to Admin and vice versa.

To change the desired level of access choose "View only" or "View & edit" from the dropdown menu.

Note: Certain permissions have only single access state (View only or View & edit).
Once you have selected the desired permissions and level of access, click “Save”.
